We have a NO REFUND policy, which means you cannot ask for a refund after receiving your item. 

You cannot return a 3D product and you will NOT be refunded sadly. Please make sure you have something in your cart you WANT.

Non-returnable items

Types of items cannot be returned, like 3d products (such as avatars, assets, or worlds), custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
